Subject of the proceeding: Participation in the shooting of Soviet prisoners of war
in the camp's execution barracks, the so-called Russenaktion.
Single-handed shooting of 30-40 prisoners of war. Mishandling of prisoners, among them the
Austrian state attorney Tuppy, who, in 1935, had headed the prosecution of the National
Socialist murderers of the Austrian Bundes Chancellor Dollfuss. Tuppy died as a result of
the mishandling
