Subject of the proceeding: Participation in the shooting of Jews from the Mogilow
ghetto as well as from the Belynitschi-Golowtschin area. Participation in the gassing of
600 mentally disabled patients from the Mogilew nursing home in October 1941, and in the
killing of another 200 mentally disabled person from the same institution in January
1942. Participation in the shooting of inmates of the forced labor camp and prison in
Mogilew as well as in a shooting meant as reprisal for a partisan attack on a police unit.
