Subject of the proceeding: Participation in the shooting of several thousands of
Jews as well as of communist officials and civilians in many individual execution
operations in the south of the Ukraine, by sealing off the villages and by seizure,
rounding up and transportation of the victims and by guarding the execution sites.
Single-handed shooting of at least 260 victims. Participation in the killing of 214
mentally or physically handicapped children of the children's home at Jeisk by means of
'gas vans'
