Shooting of a Polish prisoner and mistreatment of a Russian prisoner after a massive escape attempt of about 600 Russian and Polish inmates from Block 20 in February 1945. Beating to death with an iron rod of weak and sick prisoners, who had arrived with a large prisoner transport in February or March 1945, and who had been forced to stand in the nude out in the open all night after having been given cold baths. Beating to death under similar conditions of a number of prisoners from a transport of about 5000 - 6000 Poles, Jews, Russians and Chech prisoners, who arrived from KL Auschwitz and KL Gross Rosen on January 18, 1945
