After a factory explosion the prisoners were rushed outside to a field. The accused deliberately shot and wounded a prisoner and killed another one on this occasion. During the evacuation transport by train from KL Schlieben to Theresienstadt, the accused shot a prisoner, who left the train in search for food and, later on , shot another five prisoners for straying from the group in order to pick grass to eat
