Subject of the proceeding: After parachuting from a disabled plane an American airman landed near an air raid shelter located in the cellar of the accused's home. After surrendering to the accused the airman was taken to a nearby schoolyard where he was shot in the neck. Half an hour later the accused returned to the crime scene and shot the airman again, this time in the head. The flyer was taken to hospital but died from his head wound
