Subject of the proceeding: After an American airman parachuted to the ground he immediately ran into a group of bushes. The accused ordered the airman to surrender and fired a warning shot into the air. The airman eventually came forward with what appeared to the accused to be a weapon. The accused then fired one shot at the airman and killed him
