A surrendered and unarmed English flyer, who had been captured, was shot and killed by a German policeman who reported that the flyer attempted to escape. While escorting a captured American flyer, accused Heinrich Otte (see US169) shot and killed the airman, stating that he killed the flyer in accordance to orders issued to him by his superior, accused Koch
