Subject of the proceeding: After a crash landing, an American airman was taken to a wooded area where he was shot and killed. Later that afternoon another airman was taken into custody and taken to town. The airman was then taken back to the location where his plane had crashed. While looking for weapons and other documents the airman allegedly tried to escape but was shot and killed (see also US164)
