Subject of the proceeding: An unidentified American flyer parachuted to earth and was taken into custody by some German soldiers, who placed him in their truck. While transporting the airman to Heddesheim the truck was stopped by four men, one of whom was the accused. The accused pulled the airman out of the truck and assaulted him with his fists (see also US158)
