Subject of the proceeding: The accused (allegedly on orders of Berchtesgaden Kreisleiter, Stredele - see US088) shot a captured American fighter plane pilot, who had made a crash landing near Freilassing, Kreis Laufen, Upper Bavaria. The wounded American officer was denied medical treatment by the accused and instead taken to a wooded area where he was shot and killed (see also US088 and US089)
