Subject of the proceeding: The accused - RAD camp guards - participated in the shooting of four unknown members of the United States Army, who had parachuted from their airplanes. Two of them were captured and interrogated immediately. They were then shot under the pretense that they were trying to escape. The third was captured the next morning and brought back to headquarters where he was also interrogated and killed. The fourth was captured the following morning and was returned to his landing spot to retrieve equipment he had buried. He was shot and killed under the pretense that he was trying to escape.
