Subject of the proceeding: Denunciation of a company director for anti-Nazi statements, in order to remove him from his company position. For this reason and over an extended period of time, the defendant made notes about the director's anti-Nazi remarks. The denounced man was sentenced to death by the Volksgerichtshof for 'aiding the enemy' (Feindbegünstigung) and 'undermining military strength' (Wehrkraftzersetzung). The sentence was executed [see also Case Nr. 1190]
