Subject of the proceeding: Denunciation of a sailor who had said in a barber's shop that U-boat captain Prien had been killed in a concentration camp. After the barber had informed SA leader Prince August-Wilhelm von Preussen, the sailor was arrested and sentenced to a prison term, which he spent in a convict camp in Emsland. He died shortly after the capitulation as a result of his detention
