Subject of the proceeding:
A group of six American Prisoners of War were fired upon by members of the local Leadership Corps at Neckarsulm, Germany. Four were killed (see US092), the other two were taken to the nearby army barracks commanded by the accused. While being escorted to a train which was to take them to Frankfurt, the two victims were fired upon once again by the same individuals who had participated in the killing of the first four victims. Despite his severe injuries the accused denied medical treatment to one of the American POW's. Later on the wounded American was taken away by truck. The truck was held up and the American was shot to death by unknown gunmen
